Order & Shipping
1. How to make an Order?
You can order through the website or by sending us a message in Instagram with the following details:
- IG Name / Email Address
- Contact Number
- Shipping Address
- Item(s) to be ordered (name, quantity, size and color)
- Preferred mode of delivery (pick-up, Grab/Lalamove, courier shipping)
2. What are your payment methods?
We accept the following forms of payment:
- BDO and BPI bank transfer
- GCash payment
- Cash On Delivery (COD) via Grab or Lalamove, if within Metro Manila only
Payment details will be shared upon order placement.
3. What is the lead time to pay once I placed my order?
Payments should be made within 3 days after the order form is submitted. If proof of payment is not sent after 3 days, your order will be cancelled.
4. Do you accept international orders?
We don't ship internationally at the moment.
5. Can I change my order?
You can change your item order by sending us an Instagram message right away. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled or changed once shipped out already.
6. How much is the Shipping Fee?
Shipping fees are as follows per area:
- Metro Manila P100.00
- Provincial including Rizal Province P150.00
* Please choose the correct shipping fee option upon checkout, otherwise, your order will not be processed.
7. How long does shipping take?
Your orders are prepared, packed and shipped out within 1-3 business days from the day of payment. Once shipped out, delivery time frame of our partner courier services are as follows per area:
- Metro Manila 2-3 working days
- Luzon Provincial areas 4-7 working days
- Visayas and Mindanao 7-15 working days
* Please be informed that shipping may be delayed due to COVID restrictions.
8. Do you accept Same Day Delivery or Pick Up Service?
Request for same day delivery or pick up must be confirmed first if possible by sending us an Instagram message. Same Day Delivery or Pick Up, via Grab/Lalamove is from 10:00AM to 5:00PM only. Details will be shared upon order payment.
9. Can I pre-order an item if out of stock?
Yes, you can pre-order an item ahead if it is out of stock. You can also send us a message in Instagram so we can let you know when the item will be back in stock.
10. What is pre-order? How do I pre-order an item?
Pre-order applies to an item that is out of stock or not yet released, but can be purchased ahead and shipped out later.
To pre-order an item, kindly send us a message in Instagram.
50% downpayment is required to process the order, and the remaining balance shall be paid prior to delivery or shipping. We will notify you once your pre-ordered item arrives.
Estimated time of arrival of a pre-ordered item is 10-15 days.
If you purchased an on hand item along with a pre-ordered item, all will be shipped at the same time when the pre-order item arrives. If you require delivery of the on hand item ahead, kindly send us a message in Instagram.
If you change your mind after making a pre-order and payment, your 50% down payment will be forfeited.
